The event was organized by the Tâm Anh General Hospital System to celebrate the 18th anniversary of the establishment of the Tâm Anh Assisted Reproduction Center (IVF Tâm Anh).

During the festival, IVF babies received free comprehensive and specialized health check-ups. This meaningful program reflects the special care and attention given to families who have chosen IVF Tâm Anh as their partner in the journey to welcome their beloved children.

Additionally, the Vietnam Records Organization - Vietkings recognized the IVF Tâm Anh Golden Baby Festival as the "Festival gathering the most babies born through IUI and IVF assisted reproductive techniques in Vietnam," with hundreds of healthy, adorable babies from various provinces across the country, representing the successful treatment outcomes at IVF Tâm Anh in Ho Chi Minh City from 2021 to the present.

"In the context of Vietnam's declining birth rate, currently at only 1.91 children per woman, ranking among the five lowest in Southeast Asia, the application of advanced and specialized techniques by the Assisted Reproduction Center of Tâm Anh General Hospital over the past 18 years has significantly helped tens of thousands of couples realize their dream of parenthood. This has greatly contributed to addressing the low birth rate, creating a high-quality workforce, and supporting the country's development," said Professor and Academician Hoàng Quang Thuận, Director of the Institute of Telecommunications Technology - Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, and Chairman of the Founding Council of the Vietnam Records Organization (VietKings).

Starting from a small andrology clinic in Hanoi in 2007, IVF Tâm Anh has continuously grown to become Vietnam's leading system of modern Assisted Reproduction Centers, with four major facilities in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, handling over 100,000 infertility consultations and treatments annually. After 18 years, the IVF Tâm Anh system has successfully treated over 10,000 infertile couples, fulfilling their dreams of having healthy biological children.

In Vietnam, IVF Tâm Anh is a pioneer in establishing the "three-pronged" approach to comprehensive infertility diagnosis and treatment for both male and female infertility. It is also a leader in applying modern technology to infertility treatment, aiming to help infertile couples have healthy biological children.

Master of Science, Dr. Giang Huỳnh Như, Director of the Assisted Reproduction Center at Tâm Anh General Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, stated that while medical science has not yet achieved a 100% success rate for infertility patients, the efforts of IVF Tâm Anh over the past 18 years have resulted in an average cumulative pregnancy rate of 78.7%. This includes 84.3% for women under 35 years old, 69.3% for women aged 35-40, and notably, a 48.2% pregnancy rate for women over 40, which is considered a challenging group to treat.

Ms. Nguyễn Hoàng Bích Hằng (from Thủ Đức, Ho Chi Minh City) shared that after nine years of infertility, she successfully underwent embryo transfer, but her husband passed away. Her son, born resembling his father, helped ease her pain.

Ms. Nguyễn Hoàng Bích Hằng, 42 years old, was nearly hopeless after 18 failed embryo transfers until she came to IVF Tâm Anh in Ho Chi Minh City and successfully conceived on her first transfer there, which was her 19th attempt after 14 years of longing for a child.

Meeting the IVF Tâm Anh doctors again and having the chance to connect with other families in similar situations, Ms. Hằng could not hide her emotions: "The first time we heard the vibrant heartbeat of the fetus, my husband and I couldn’t believe our ears because it was so miraculous."

According to Master of Science, Dr. Giang Huỳnh Như, Director of the Assisted Reproduction Center at Tâm Anh General Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, while reproductive technologies and techniques will continue to advance, the core foundation remains the expertise of specialists and doctors who are highly skilled, open to adopting medical advancements, and dedicated wholeheartedly to their patients.
